This approach allows us to work across various sectors. We prepare full packages of work, from inception and conceptual sketches to detailed construction drawings, Schedule of Works and Specifications. We can prepare feasibility studies to test out various ideas, using both hand drawn sketches and 3D CAD software to convey them. We prepare and submit Planning and Building Control applications, and applications for Listed Building Consent. We work closely with the Local Borough Councils to develop design proposals and have experience of consultation with the Statutory Bodies to obtain the necessary consents. Our relationship with our clients is very important - we work hard to communicate with our clients from the early stages of design through to the final stages of construction.
