Description: New build office unit built on existing flat roof
This three storey building fronts onto the commercial King Street in Hammersmith, with commercial units at ground floor, and offices on the first and second floor. The back of the building stretches back deep into the site along Dimes Place at ground floor. We have obtained planning permission to create another contemporary office unit at the rear of the building on the existing first floor flat roof. The logistics of construction are challenging. Building methods have to be carefully considered so as not to disturb the building’s existing commercial tenants and neighbouring properties, one a sound recording studio, the other a timber yard.
